Customer Service Transformation Associate reports to Senior Manager of Customer Service Transformation
Deliveroo’s Customer Service Transformation Associate is responsible for the ongoing development of customer-centric processes and systems. This person will work as the operational lead for both the home delivery pharmacy and the PBM. They will ensure that the customer experience is consistent across all channels and teams. They will also work with other business leaders to define operational requirements to support the overall customer experience. In addition, they will oversee the customer-facing team, call center support services, and product capabilities.
Reports to Senior Manager of Customer Service Transformation
The Senior Manager of Customer Service Transformation is responsible for making strategic and tactical decisions regarding technology, data, and process improvements. This person will partner with the organization and delivery teams to create and implement transformational change. The Senior Manager must be comfortable leading change and gaining buy-in from stakeholders. He or she must also be able to create and deliver execution methodologies.
